Hi ChatGPT, I need help extracting email addresses for my clients from Gmail.
Iāve attached an Excel file named "Carrier Client List.xlsx" with the following fields:
- Client First and Last Name
- Product Name
- Policy Date
These are in-force policies from {Carrier Name}, but the carrierās export didnāt include client email addresses. These addresses **do exist in my Gmail**āin confirmation emails, onboarding emails, and DocuSign notifications.
What I need from you:
For each row in my Excel file:
1. Search my Gmail inbox (including archived messages).
2. Match on:
- Clientās full name
- Carrier name: "{Carrier Name}"
- Approximate Policy Date (Ā± 30 days)
3. Search in:
- To
- Cc
- From
- Subject line
- Body of the email
4. Extract the most likely **email address for the client**.
