E&O insurance helps protect you and your business litigation if a customer sues you for a mistake in your professional services. This will help with legal fees and pay for claims that may be filed against you. This ultimately safeguards against financial damages arising from an alleged error or omission you may make while rendering your professional services. GFI E&O insurance is required by our Product Providers and accessible through the GFI platform. Non-GFI E&Os will not be accepted except for New York's E&Os. Therefore, without GFI E&Os, you'll be putting your business at risk, be noncompliant, and have commissions suspended until resolved.
The E&O fee is $35 monthly, $105 quarterly, or $420 annually and must be set up for recurring payment.
Once complete, you'll receive your 2 page E&O via email along with the next steps.
