Why am I missing a direct deposit?
This is common due to the following:
E&Os are not active
No direct deposit provided when commissions were processed
Provided an invalid routing or account number
SSN was incorrect
Did not email Commissions to confirm the updating of your missing/incorrect banking information or SSN
Direct deposits are generated when the commissions (after adjustments) are over $50
Pay cycles are typically every Tuesday and Friday. Pending holidays and your bank's direct deposit schedule, it may take 24-72 hours to appear for you.
Commissions will be held/suspended for agents who do not have direct deposit set up or have funds returned due to invalid banking information. In order for held/suspended balances to be released, please update your direct deposit and email commissions at [email protected].
