Phone Zones
Phone Zone is a live-calling showdown where teams race to get prospects on the phone and turn real conversations into booked appointments.
How to Play:
Your mission: get the most points before the clock runs out.
Reps join a Zoom to learn new scripts and target persona(s). Then they move into Zoom breakout rooms called Phone Zones. Each person rotates through the hot seat making calls while the others listen, until they make 1 connect — a real conversation with a prospect. At the end of each call, the group gives constructive feedback and the rotation advances to the next person.
Rules:
Breakout Teams of 2 or 3 people.
Trainers lead the rooms and start the games in the hot seat.
Only one rep calls at a time per room; others stay muted and actively listen.
All call activity and appointments must be logged as a WealthSmyth Lead.
Scripts and objection-handling prompts are shared at the start and referenced during live coaching.
Gameboard:
Warm-up by reviewing the scripts and role playing for 10-15 minutes. Track performance using WealthSmyth Leads.
📧 1 point for each Message Sent (Call, Text, Email, Social)
✅ 3 points for Connection Made
🗓️ 10 points for Appointments Set
💬 10 points for Best Objection Comeback (shared during mid-game sync)
Finders Keepers
Finders Keepers is a fast-paced hunt for the highest quality prospects — where reps compete to build the best list using MACHO, warm connections, and/or target personas.
How to Play:
Your mission: build a high-quality list that’s ready to convert.
Reps join a Zoom session and are given a target persona. From there, they race the clock to find and log quality leads in WealthSmyth. Players can source leads from their warm network, social platforms, or third party contact lists. Trainers float between breakout rooms offering feedback and guidance as reps search, validate, and log.
Rules:
Solo or pairs in breakout rooms; trainers available for support.
All leads must be logged and profiled in WealthSmyth Leads (MACHO and Connection Level)
Players may not reuse past leads — fresh only.
Trainers may challenge leads that don’t meet criteria.
Hot Leads (those ready for immediate outreach).
Gameboard:
Warm-up includes persona overview and MACHO review (10–15 mins). Track performance using WealthSmyth Leads.
📇 1 points per lead with at least 3 MACHO criteria
🌡️ 3 points for Warm Leads (Personal Connection or Friend of a Friend)
🔥 10 points for every Hot Lead (appointment set)
BINGO
BINGO turns everyday sales accomplishments into a fast-paced game — reps complete actions that add new prospects and move them through the pipeline, from New Lead to Pending Application.
How to Play:
Your mission: complete a BINGO line first — then blackout your card.
Each square represents an action that moves a prospect forward, whether it's a potential client or a new recruit. Players earn squares by progressing leads through key stages like New, Working, Appointment Set, and Appointment Done. For client prospects, aim to Convert to Deal (with an Illustration). For recruits, your end zone is getting them Registered and Added to your Team in WealthSmyth. All actions must be logged in WealthSmyth to count. First to BINGO wins the round — but the real champions go for blackout.
Rules:
You can only mark a square after the action is completed and logged in WealthSmyth.
All BINGO cards follow the same format, but randomized per player or team.
First to hit 1 full line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) yells BINGO in group chat.
Keep going to compete for “Blackout” (complete the entire board) by game end.
Gameboard:
Warm-up includes reviewing the BINGO card and example completions (10–15 mins).
Track performance using WealthSmyth Lead, Deals, and Teams.
👫 Each person gets a unique BINGO Card.
🎉 BINGO = 5 completed squares in a line
🏆 Bonus prize for Full Board (Blackout)
🔄 Optional: Use breakout rooms for team BINGO
