Coming to client meetings prepared builds trust—and increases the chances they’ll do business with you. Enter everything you learn into WealthSmyth and use this guide keeps your meeting flowing naturally while capturing the essentials.

Prep Steps:

  1. Open WealthSmyth and click “+ New Lead” and choose Client as the Lead Type

  2. Add any info you already have (name, spouse, income, etc.)

  3. Enter new details as you go through the conversation

5 Magic Questions

  1. Where are you both currently working if you don't mind me asking?

    1. How long have you been there?

    2. You must love it there?

    3. I would assume that if you are working there they offer you a 401(k) or they are offering you a retirement plan through work is that correct?

  2. How about prior to where you work now do you have any old 401(k)s or retirement plans you are no longer contributing to?

  3. What about life insurance? Do you own any life insurance thats separate from your work?

  4. What about little ones? Do you have any children?

    1. Do you believe in saving for their future or do you believe that should be 100% on them? All parents are different.

    2. If they do believe in saving for their kids: Have you started that just yet?

  5. Lastly we will get to talk a little bit about our company's expansion plans where we are looking to go and grow. Are you at all open to talking about ways to earn extra income or are you perfectly comfortable where you are at?

    1. (If open) Ok great well we will have some time to talk about that.
