    Once a recruit registers with a Distributor (IMO, MGA, etc.), they can now be added as a Team Member. From here, they move through stages like licensing, onboarding, and leadership development.

  • Stage-based Dashboards & Content

2. Production Progression

This pathway supports the full journey from contact to lead to closed deal, then to retained client.

    Once an appointment is held and the client agrees to review a policy illustration, the opportunity becomes a Deal.

  • Becomes a Client
    When the application is submitted and the policy is placed, the Deal becomes a Client—triggering a new stage of engagement and retention.
